Description

This is a hard to find petcock gasket kit for 60's, 70's Yamaha motorcycles. You will receive all 4 as shown. Note: This kit does not included the round valve selector gasket. See our other listing if you need the complete kit.

Base gasket goes between the petcock base and the tank. After years, this gasket becomes flat and no longer provides a adaquate seal, so when you remove your petcock, you should replace this gasket. This seal is round, but it forms into the groove of your petcock base.

Bowl gasket goes between the screen and the bowl. The key to a successful installation on this gasket is not to over tighten. No more than 1/2 turn after firm contact is all you need. Note: Bowl is not included.

Base screw gaskets(qty. 2) go on the screws that mount the petcock to the tank.
