Genuine refurbished Yamaha OEM parts : numbers 4L0-24756-00 & 4L0-21711 & 4L0-21721 from a RD250LC or RD350LC 'Elsie'.
Im going to say that the condition is 'used' although I doubt they have been on a bike since the refurb. These came to me as they are, ie repainted.
They are a nice black with what looks like new/repro decals which are not perfect as is usual with black bike decals as the 'gold' comes off on the backing if they are more than 5 mins old.
Sadly I didnt do the work, so I do not know what paint was used, I do not know what brand decals are... In fact I know very little about them other than I can see they are older original panels and not the more modern repros.
What I can see is that they are 'good but not perfect' so please do not buy them thinking they are 'new'. There is at least one odd crack on the tail panel in the rear light 'corner'. It's in the pics and I should say that they all crack here eventually, even tho on this one the lip has been built up and reinforced from behind which is usually a good repair as its strong but also unseen when the panel is fitted. The side panels do not look to have cracked in the usual top mounting recesses which is usually found on older panels, so that is good to see.
So there you have it, they are complete and could be used as is or redone, thats your call. Personally I thought they were too nice to repaint in the colour I wanted to do my bike so am selling them on, but you might feel differently or be able to use them as-is.

Posting this part is possible within Australia but I would much rather you collected these. Auspost will probably flatten them no matter what wrapping is done and like all bike / car parts they will not be insured. I'll do my best, but no one can compete with the stupidity of the people throwing parcels about... As with all my listings I charge a small fee to securely wrap and take it to the post office. Don't like that? then come and pick it up.
